Nike also have stability shoes, but these ones use a different principle

A lot of the major running nike air max shoe brands use different technologies on their products. Asics cushioning technology consists of a gel substance, similar to the one that the shoes Dr. Scholles uses. They also have the smoothest insole but as they wear, you will need to replace them. The insole is that softness you fell when you first slip on a shoe.
Another inventive technology is the Mizuno running shoes Wave plate that uses a wave plate length-wise in the sole, and takes advantage of the flexibility of the material to absorb shock. It works similar to the Nike Shox, but these ones are designed for neutral runners, as runners who have problems on knees and ankles con get severely injured. This technology from Mizuno is success all around the world, thanks to the stability that they assure.
Nike also have stability shoes, but these ones use a different principle. The Air Max 2010 shoes have air pockets in the soles, as well as a denser material for support. This type of shoes has the disadvantage of perforate the air pockets if you step on something sharp. A plastic pocket of liquid material is used by Brooks running shoes, for cushioning. Brooks announce that this material is virtual indestructible and in will last forever as well as their outer soles. Brooks uses a material similar to the rubber used in tires. In my opinion, the cushion technology and this tire rubber sole make this shoes more durable than their competition.
The running shoes by Saucony use a grid patented technology. This grid is made of a woven wire looking type of plastic that assures cushioning. These pieces of plastic are like springs with buffers working together giving you a soft run. New balance uses a very soft material for smoothness but they are most known for their vast number of sizes available. As you can see, there are a lot of brands, and much more than the ones I exposed here, with a lot of different technologies, all of them trying to give you the run of your life.
